STEM Day - May 21, 2010 (Click Here to Register!)
The Ohio Southeast Regional STEM Conference will be held from 9 am to 1:45 pm on May 21, 2010 on the campus of Shawnee State University (University Center) in Portsmouth, Ohio.
There is no cost for attending the STEM Conference, thanks to the sponsorship of the Ohio Appalachian Center for Higher Education (OACHE), Shawnee State University (SSU), the South East Ohio Center for Excellence in Mathematics and Science (SEOCEMS), the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO), the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN), Ohio STEM, and the National Governor's Association (NGA).
Registration is required. Online registration will be open on April 15, 2010 through May 18, 2010, on this website.
The tentative agenda is below:
- 9 am Registration
- 10 am Welcome/Opening Session
- 10:15 am Keynote Address (David Wilhelm, president, Woodland Venture Management)
- 10:35 am Panel Discussion
- 11:05 am Break
- 11:15 am Working Lunch
- 1:00 pm Report Out from Working Lunch
- 1:30 pm Closing
